Helen Nicol
Director & Founder of Noesis Consulting Ltd
Qualified for 28 years and former Co-Founder of Strive Limited, Helen began her career in the field of interior and environmental design. Over the last 16 years she has specialised in the areas of strategic consultancy, business operational evaluation, workplace and estates strategy; helping to drive change through major projects within both the corporate and public sector.
Working closely with organisations and key stakeholders with a hands-on approach, Helen has facilitated and augmented multiple projects to assist businesses with estate strategies, options appraisals, feasibility studies, relocations, cultural change and business transformation. With a proven track record for supporting organisations with improved performance and efficiency through targeted engagement programmes.
Having a design background, Helen provides the vital link between the integration of engagement strategies, workplace outputs and the design process, coordinating and collaborating with consultants, specialist matter experts and clients, to establish and ensure the integrity of the brief throughout.
